Participants will depart with a shuttlebus from the conference site at 5pm to a typical Bavarian restaurant, situated in the beautiful “5 Seen Region” on lake Ammersee. After a welcome drink, the restaurant will serve a buffet dinner with some Bavarian specialties. After the dinner, the shuttlebus will take you back to your booked hotel.
Estimated time of departure to the hotels: 10pm
All conference delegates are invited enjoying the conference dinner – it will serve as a good opportunity to meet and network with colleagues.
Participants who want to attend the conference dinner are requested to make a social dinner registration at the registration.

Visit of selected institutes of the German Aerospace Center
We are pleased to offer the participants of ICARE Conference a choice of several optional guided afternoon tours to the site of the German Aerospace Center in Oberpfaffenhofen. Please be aware that each tour can accommodate only a maximum number of participants. Please register for one of these tours via the website.
